Where I belong

There is a Welsh word, that A friend taught me, "Cynefin" it means a place where a being feels it ought to live. It is where nature around you feels right and welcoming.

This perfectly describes how I feel about Wales. I moved here at 18, both my husband and I are from England, and our families are all quite far away. Doing life with 3 kids so far from our families can be tough at times, and is often questioned by others. But I know for us there is no where we would rather be. For us, Wales is Cynefin.
